What qualifications we expect

All backgrounds will always be considered but we’re thinking having someone with an appropriate finance qualification to provide industry credence, combined with current relevant professional Dynamics Certification(s).

You’ll probably need to demonstrate at least some experience with;

• Pre-sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption, estimating and other early opportunity activities such as bid-response writing
• Requirements gathering, writing and evolution through business process identification, analysis and re-engineering

• Take a lead role in the creative development of visual assets
• Produce designs for digital and print purposes, to include user interface design and marketing collateral (brochures, flyers and associated material)
• Working closely with design team members to ensure user interface designs are aligned with wireframes, desired user experience and overall project vision

Primary Responsibility: Identify, design and oversee multiple, complex projects for customers of varying sizes, ensuring they receive excellent services and solutions.

Other responsibilities: Successful candidates will spend the majority of their time talking to customers and helping them realise their visions for their software products, which is a challenging, varied but satisfying role that includes;

• Pre-sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid-response writing

• Front-end responsive frameworks such as react/ native
• Windows web infrastructure architecture, especially high-performance .Net 4+ web/Api farms built using PaaS products in Azure and AWS
• MS Cloud/Azure/Office 365 design/deployment including hybrid scenarios that involve Dynamics CRM/eco-system
• DB architecture using some of MS SQL, MySQL/Maria, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra including entity design using UML, Crow’s Foot, Chen’s or similar
• Some code experience, ideally C#, HTML and JS or similar, to support meaningful review
• High availability and disaster recovery planning/design

Desirable - Candidates are expected to have some of the following skills;

• Pedigree in Windows enterprise infrastructure architecture such as AD, Exchange, SharePoint or Lync

Qualifications: Degree in anything. Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps provisioning and support with at least 3 years of experience with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS.

Based From: Bangalore

Primary Responsibilities: Establish and grow the India DevOps team to seamlessly integrate with the existing UK team, support of multi-platform online services, virtual-machines, databases and application servers across many customers, cloudy infrastructure providers (Azure, AWS) and environments while helping to build cutting-edge solutions through insightful infrastructure delivery.

Other Responsibilities: Candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience with;

•  Working within an infrastructure support environment coordinating work between local and remotely based teams.
• Supporting technically diverse development and production infrastructure running custom software, hosted in public clouds, including configuring/maintaining backups, monitoring, security and patching.
• Working with the Solutions and Delivery Management teams to identify and resolve issues with the design, development and deployment of software solutions.
• Provision, install, configure and maintain a wide range of services, applications, databases and tools across multiple platforms, environments, customers and cloudy infrastructure providers.
• Remedy issues in our 3rd line ticket queue, including effective prioritisation, assignment to development teams and escalating resolution where required to ensure we meet our SLAs.
• Providing last-stop problem resolution for mixed Linux and Windows environments.
• Create clear and effective documentation.
• Troubleshoot problems when they occur, quickly and efficiently.

NOTE: As is common with this type of role, occasional out of hours working and on-call duty may be required to support high-priority issues and service impacting releases.
